Reanda Audit & Assurance B.V. (trading under the name: Reanda Netherlands) is uniquely positioned to perform audit, assurance and non-assurance engagement for international companies. With our office in Amsterdam, and fast expansion, Reanda has the ambition to become a realistic alternative for international companies in supporting and auditing their global expansion. We are member of Reanda International, a top 25 international network of audit firms, with a strong focus on emerging economies in Eurasia, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Reanda Netherlands is regulated by the Financial Markets Authorities (AFM) in the Netherlands and is a member of the Association of Cooperating Auditors (SRA). We are registered at the PCAOB in the USA. We work under the highest standards of ethics, compliance and transparency in the acceptance of our clients and performance of our services. Our audit licenses provide that we can conduct statutory audits. Our professional standards require us to keep client information confidential.

We are members of The Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA) in the Netherlands. Being a certified audit firm, eligible to conduct statutory audits, also implies that regularly our audit quality, standards and client acceptance procedures are being reviewed by various authorities.

Reanda Netherlands specializes in auditing international group structures under International Standards of Audit (ISA) 600. As group auditor, we assume full responsibility for the audit of the whole group, including all entities (components) in other jurisdictions. Our experienced staff has international qualifications, including ACCA, and has excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Dutch GAAP etc.

We excel in providing value added audit-regulated services. Not only because of the quality of our audit work, but also because we understand the requirements of international business working on different continents. We are sensitive to cultural differences.
